Bank of Ireland, Wexford
Work on Bank of Ireland, Wexford began in May 2007 and was
completed 6 months later.
Bank of Ireland wanted to revitalise their existing premises,
drawing on contempory influences such as the IFSC in Dublin
while reflecting traditional elements.
The completed work is a stunning example of clean modern
lines and vibrant colours. The main bulk of the building's
exterior is clad in Jura Beige and Moleanos Limestone, which
Murphystone supplied and fitted. Murphystone also completed
the elegant steps and ramps entering the building.
The finished result is a building which reflects the bank
- solid and enduring, and every bit a modern establishment.
